3. Share Market Investment (if any)

6. Shonchoy Pattro doc. (সঞ্চয় পত্র - if any)

@ Wealth information

1. House, Apartment, Land, Car, Furniture, Electronics, etc. (If own name)

 @ Loan information

1. Bank Loan info. (If own name)

2. Others Loan (if own name)

 Audit Report for Business  (if Limited Company)
