এক্সপোর্ট-ইমপোর্ট ব্যবসা করার জন্য লাইসেন্স করার নিয়ম কি? কোথা থেকে লাইসেন্স করতে হয় ?

  যারা দেশে এক্সপোর্ট এন্ড ইমপোর্ট অথবা আমদানি ও রপ্তানি ব্যবসা করতে আগ্রহী তাদের জন্য আমাদের আজকের এই প্রতিবেদন। আপনারা যদি কেউ মনে করেন দেশে বিদেশ থেকে পণ্য আমদানি কিংবা রপ্তানি করবেন কিন্তু কিভাবে আমদানি ও রপ্তানি সার্টিফিকেট বানাতে হয় জানেন না তারা বিস্তারিত জেনে নিন -  আমাদের দেশে আমদানি এবং রপ্তানি এই দুই কাজের জন্য সরকার বিশেষ দুই লাইসেন্স দিয়ে থাকে এক্ষেত্রে আপনি দেশে আমদানি এবং রপ্তানি যোগ্য যেকোনো পণ্য যেকোনো পরিমাণে আনতে বা বাইরে পাঠাতে পারবেন। আর এই লাইসেন্স করার ক্ষেত্রে সম্পূর্ণ প্রক্রিয়াটি অনেক স্বচ্ছ এবং নিরাপদ। নিচে বিস্তারিত দেয়া হলো। আমদানি নিবন্ধন সনদপত্র ও রপ্তানি নিবন্ধন সনদপত্র জারির জন্য আপনার যা যা লাগবে- ১) ট্রেড লাইসেন্স; ২) চেম্বার অথবা স্বীকৃত ট্রেড অ্যাসোসিয়েশনের বৈধ সদস্যতা সনদপত্র; ৩) টিআইএন; ৪) ব্যাংক প্রত্যায়ন পত্র; ৫) লিমিটেড কোম্পানীর ক্ষেত্রে রেজিস্ট্রার, জয়েন্ট স্টক কোম্পানী কর্তৃক অনুমোদিত সংঘ স্মারক ও সংঘবিধি এবং সার্টিফিকেট অব ইনকর্পোরেশন। উপরের সব কাগজ পত্র যদি আপনার করা থাকে তবে তা নিয়ে আপন...
